

| Paul M. Blythe President, CEO and Director | | | Mr. Blythe has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry. Prior to forming Quadra, Mr. Blythe worked for Billiton Metals where he held the positions of Vice President, Project and Business Evaluation from 2000 to 2002 and Vice President, Special Projects from 1998 to 2000. While with Billiton Metals, Mr. Blythe was involved with a number of projects, including the acquisition of Rio Algom. Prior to joining Billiton Metals, Mr. Blythe spent four years as President and CEO of Compañia Minera Gibraltar Limitada where he was responsible for the development, construction and commissioning of the Lomas Bayas copper mine in Northern Chile. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Blythe acted as Mill Superintendent at the Gibraltar Mine in British Columbia and then as Vice President Projects, responsible for evaluation of exploration and development opportunities for Gibraltar. Mr. Blythe worked at various base metal and gold projects in supervisory and technical capacities before joining Gibraltar. Mr. Blythe was a director of Dayton Mining Corporation from 1998 to 2002.

| Derek White, CA Executive Vice President, Corporate Development | | | Mr. White has over 22 years of financial experience in the mining and metals industry. He started his career in 1986 with Coopers & Lybrand LLC, in Vancouver and Johannesburg. In 1992, he joined Impala Platinum Ltd. and held financial management positions in both mine operations in South Africa, and metals trading in London. He joined Billiton International Metals BV in 1994, as part of the Gencor Ltd. acquisition team, and held executive financial positions in The Hague, London, and Toronto where he was Chief Financial Officer of the Base Metals Division, formed after the acquisition by Billiton Plc of Rio Algom Ltd. In 2003, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of International Vision Direct Corp., an online contact lens retailer and winner of the 2003 Ernst &Young LLP - Pacific Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

| Jack Miller, P. Eng. Chief Operating Officer | | | Mr. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was a mining consultant based in Vancouver, British Columbia from November, 2002 to December, 2003. Prior to undertaking this work, Mr. Miller was Vice President, Operations for Imperial Metals Corporation from April, 1998 to November, 2002. From March, 1997 to April, 1998, he was Vice-President, Operations for Princeton Mining Corporation where he completed construction and commissioning of the Huckleberry open-pit copper mine in British Columbia. Prior to that, Mr. Miller worked for Gibraltar Mines Limited from October, 1994 to March, 1997, where he was responsible for the feasibility study and initiation of construction on the Lomas Bayas project. Construction of the facility was started immediately following the acquisition of Gibraltar by Westmin Resources Inc. in 1996. Before working on the Lomas Bayas project, Mr. Miller was Mine Superintendent at Gibraltar's McLeese Lake Operation, an open-pit copper mine, from February to October 1994. Prior to working at Gibraltar, Mr. Miller worked for Viceroy Gold Corporation, initially as Senior Mining Engineer, then as Mine Manager and ultimately Assistant General Manager at the Castle Mountain Project in Nevada where he participated in the start-up and long-term operation of the mine.

| Stuart McDonald, CA, CPA (Illinois) Chief Financial Officer | | | Mr. McDonald is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of financial experience in mining and other industries. He has been Quadra's Chief Financial Officer since November 2007. Prior to joining Quadra, he was Corporate Controller & Principal Accounting Officer at Cumberland Resources from 2004 until its acquisition by Agnico-Eagle Mines in April 2007. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he specialized in financial reporting for Canadian and U.S. public companies. He also spent three years as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young in Prague, Czech Republic.
Mr. McDonald obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (Illinois). |

| John Bailey Vice President, Commercial | | | Mr. Bailey has more than 30 years of financial and commercial experience, ten of which have been in the mining business. Prior to joining Quadra on March 1, 2005 he worked as a consultant to Quadra on insurance, risk management and a number of other commercial matters.
Mr. Bailey started his career in the accounting profession in the UK and then joined Price Waterhouse in the Netherlands. In 1975 he joined Shell International Petroleum and from 1977 to 1979 worked as a financial analyst at Billiton International Metals in The Hague. From 1979 to 1986 he was Vice President Finance of Billiton Canada Limited. Between 1986 and 1994 he held various roles in the Downstream and Chemical business of Shell International Petroleum in the UK. In 1994 he moved to the Regional Treasury division of Shell International and specialized in project financing, particularly on projects in lesser developed countries. Between 1997 and 2002 he was controller and then CFO of the Shell Retail business in the UK before returning to Canada in 2003. |

| Guy Le Bel, Ing., MBA Vice President, Business Development | | | Mr. Le Bel has over 20 years experience in the mining industry, focusing on valuation, financial analysis and strategic and business planning. Prior to joining Quadra Mining, Mr. Le Bel was Corporate Development Consultant to Inco Limited's Strategic Planning Group. Between 1998 and 2000, he was Manager, Business Valuation with Rio Algom. Following the acquisition of Rio Algom by BHP Billiton, Mr. Le Bel was Senior Business Advisor to BHP Billiton Base Metals. From 1987 to 1998, he held the positions of Financial Analyst and Manager, Financial Planning with Cambior Inc. Prior to joining Cambior, Mr. Le Bel worked as Mining and Geotechnical Engineering with Golder Associates.
Mr. Le Bel received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the Laval University in 1980, his Masters from the University of British Columbia in 1982, and his MBA from L' École des Hautes Études Commerciales in 1990. Mr. Le Bel is a licensed member of OIQ and member of PDAC. |

| Mark Selby Vice President, Business Planning and Market Research | | | Prior to working with Quadra, Mark Selby founded Selby & Co in 2006 to provide consulting advice to mining companies and investors on the outlook base metals and resource equity valuation. Prior to that, he worked for 5 years at Inco where he led the Strategic Planning and Corporate Development group during the multi-party acquisition battle that culminated in Inco's takeover by CVRD. He joined Inco in 2001 as Director, Market Research where he helped to transform the commodity research group into a recognized industry leader. Before joining Inco, he was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting where he consulted to clients in the transportation and resource sectors.

| Howard Bradley Vice President, Technical Services | | | Mr. Bradley graduated with a mine engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin at Platteville in 1978. Over the following nine years he worked at a number of coal and precious metal mines throughout the western U.S. His responsibilities included senior engineering as well as superintendent level positions at mines still in the permitting stage through to commencement of the operations.
Over the following 10 years Mr. Bradley worked for Viceroy Gold Corporation at the Castle Mountain Mine. He started his career at Viceroy as mine engineer and was later prompted to the production superintendent and mine manager positions. He was then promoted to be the General Manager at the Brewery Creek heap leach gold mine outside of Dawson City, Yukon.
Following the cessation of operations at Brewery Creek Mr. Bradley held the General Manager and Mine Manager positions at the Huckleberry and Mount Polley Mines respectfully. |

| Edward (Ed) Kirwan, B.Sc. Vice President, Environmental | | | Mr. Kirwan has over 22 years experience in the mining industry, of which 14 years were spent in the environmental field. Prior to joining Quadra, he was the Director of Health, Safety and Environment at Pan American Silver. While at Pan American he managed and developed environmental programs at mines in Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and Argentina. Prior to Pan American, he was the Director of Environment for Kumtor Operating Company and spent three years working in the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition to environmental matters, his work there focused on community relations and sustainable development as well as supporting a new mining development in Mongolia. Before working in Central Asia, Mr. Kirwan spent six months living in Bolivia working for Battle Mountain Gold. From August 1997 until 2000, Mr. Kirwan worked for Coeur d' Alene Mines based out of their corporate office in Idaho. He held titles of Senior Environmental Scientist and Environmental Manager and supported their operations in the United States, Chile and Bolivia. During this time he successfully permitted a gold mining operation in southern Chile. From May 1995 until April 1997, he worked for the Phelps Dodge Corporation supporting their operations in the southwestern US, Madagascar and Peru. Immediately after graduation, Mr. Kirwan worked three years in Southern California for MK Gold and successfully permitted the Oro Cruz expansion to the American Girl Mine.

| David Newhook, P. Eng. Vice President, Project Evaluation | | | Mr. Newhook has more than 15 years of experience in the mining industry. He was Manager of the Copper Smelter and Refinery Operations at Xstrata's Kidd Creek Metallurgical Division. Prior to this role, Mr. Newhook held various Superintendent positions in metallurgical and mining operations within North and South America. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Newhook participated in the construction and commissioning of Lomas Bayas and oversaw the basic and detailed engineering as the client's Engineering Project Manger. From 1991 to 1996 he worked for Gibraltar Mines and principally was involved in the metallurgical development of Lomas Bayas.

| Patrick L. Fahey, M.Sc. Chief Geologist | | | Mr. Fahey has over 30 years international exploration experience as an international exploration consultant evaluating numerous base and precious metal projects from grass roots through development. Most recently, Mr. Fahey led exploration efforts for porphyry copper deposits in China and Mongolia as well as the Magistral Project in Peru. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Fahey was the Principal Geologist for BHP Minerals in Tucson, Arizona where he lead a multidisciplinary team in a major generative program in search of blind porphyry copper systems in Arizona and Sonora. Prior to this, Mr. Fahey held the position of Manager of Southwest US Exploration for Magma Copper in Tucson, Arizona where he conceived and set in motion an innovative geology-based regional exploration program for porphyry copper and gold deposits.
Mr. Fahey received his Masters in Geology in 1979 and has published or contributed to several geological research articles. He is a Member of the Geological Society of America, Nevada and Arizona and is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists. |

| Mark E. Blakely Senior Vice President, Project Services | | | Mr. Blakely has more than 25 years of progressive experience in mining industry executive management, strategic planning and implementation, business development and marketing, operations/project management and administration. Most recently, Mr. Blakely worked for the Ledcor Group of Companies from 2002 until he joined Quadra in 2006. He worked as Manager of Business Development advancing to General Manager, United States Operations and finally Director of Strategic Planning and Development where he was responsible for the business development programs that impacted the strategic direction of the Civil/Mining business units.
Prior to this Mr. Blakely was the Director of Business Development at the Washington Group where he held the position of Director of Business Development from 1997 to 2002. Previous experience includes a variety of operation managerial positions with MK Gold Company, Morrison Knudsen Corporation in the U.S. as well as several principal engineering positions with Bechtel Civil and Minerals Corporation and Raymond Kaiser Engineers in Australia.
Mr. Blakely obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at El Paso. He has served on the Deans Advisory Board, College of Mines and Earth Resources, University of Idaho and on the Board of Trustees of the Northwest Mining Association. |

| Nadine Block Vice President, Human Resources | | | Ms. Block has over 19 years working in Human Resources and brings extensive natural resource experience to Quadra Mining Ltd. She started her career in mining with Falconbridge Limited in Toronto and added further mining experience as Vice President, Human Resources for Pan American Silver Corp. Ms. Block also has an extensive forest industry background, having held senior roles with Fletcher Challenge Canada Limited and TimberWest Forest Corp. She has also held the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Finning International Inc.
Ms. Block holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and a Masters of Business Administration from McGill University. |

| Joseph Landon General Manager, Robinson Mine | | | With more than 27 years of experience in the mining industry, Mr. Landon is a highly experienced mining professional and has enjoyed a successful career at the Robinson Mine managing all aspects of the site since 1995 when the current infrastructure was built.
Mr. Landon's experience includes copper, molybdenum and gold leaching and processing, open pit and under ground mining, with Cyprus Minerals at Thompson Creek Idaho, Tonopah, Nevada and Bagdad, Arizona, Sonora Mining in Jamestown, California, and Yerington, Nevada and with Inco/Home stake at the Mineral Hill Mine in Gardner, Montana.
Mr. Landon was involved in start up of most of these properties as well as special projects with all of these companies and has held supervisor and senior management positions with all. Prior to this, Mr. Landon worked as an underground miner at Yankee Fork Silver and Gold in Idaho and attended Sevier Valley Technical Institution in Utah. |

| David S. Cook General Manager - Carlota Mine | | | Mr. Cook has 35 years of experience in management and operations in the mining industry. Prior to coming to Carlota he was Director of Mining at Quadra's Robinson mine in 2007. He worked for Glamis Gold, Ltd. from 2002 until joining Quadra in 2006. During this assignment he worked as General Manager of the Marigold Mine in Nevada overseeing the expansion and development of this gold heap leach project. Prior to that he was the Mine Superintendent, and then General Manager of the Dee Gold Mine in Nevada for both Glamis, and their predecessor Rayrock Mines, from 1984 until 2002. During this assignment he oversaw operations of both open pit and underground mining and milling and the successful reclamation and closure of the entire Dee site. Prior to that he worked for Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company from 1974 to 1984 in progressive assignments in mine geology, mine planning, and mine operations at the Christmas Mine, as well as short term assignments in exploration, and project development and assessment.
Mr. Cook obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Bates College in Maine in 1972. Mr. Cook co-authored an article of the Geology of the Christmas Porphyry Copper deposit. In Nevada Mr. Cook served on numerous boards including the Nevada Mining Association Board of Directors and as President of both the Boards of the Elko County Library and Chamber of Commerce. His work with the closure of the Dee and REN Gold Mines was recognized with Nevada/BLM Excellence in Mine Reclamation Awards in 2003 and 1993 respectively. |

| Robert C. Walish, Jr. General Manager, Franke Mine | | | Mr. Walish has 33 years experience in the mining industry. This includes mining and processing at operations in North and South America. He has managed operations in both metal and industrial minerals; specifically, barite, talc, gold, bauxite, and copper.
Mr. Walish has engaged in both operations management and early-stage project management. He was the Project Manager for Quadra's Malmbjerg Project. Prior to joining Quadra, Mr. Walish was most recently the General Manager of Omai Bauxite Company in Linden Guyana. In North America, he worked in Alaska, Nevada, Montana, South Carolina, and Arizona. He was with Cambior Inc. for 16 years and, prior to that, worked for Chromalloy, Inc.
Mr. Walish was educated at the University of Colorado where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology (1974). He has a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin in Oceanography and Limnology (1977). |

| Andrew Nichols, CA Treasurer | | | Mr. Nichols has over 13 years of treasury experience and 7 years of experience in the mining industry. He started his career in 1987 with Coopers & Lybrand LLC, in Vancouver and London. In 1994, he joined Princeton Mining Corporation as controller and later as treasurer. From 1998 to 2003 he was a member of the treasury group of Westcoast Energy and in 2003 he joined the treasury group of Creo Inc. as Senior Treasury Manager finally joining the Quadra team in January 2006. Mr. Nichols holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Accountant. |

| George Reynard Director of Marketing | | | Mr. Reynard has more than 25 years experience in the mining industry, initially with Rio Algom Ltd, Toronto. At Rio Algom, he was responsible for uranium logistics then sales to international clients for Lornex copper and molybdenum concentrates. Prior to joining Rio Algom, he worked in the stainless steel industry.
From 1986 to 2002, he was Vice President Marketing at Highland Valley Copper in Vancouver.

| Sophie Taylor Manager, Investor Relations | | | Ms. Taylor has over 10 years working in Investor Relations bringing extensive corporate communication experience to Quadra Mining Ltd. For eight years she was Investor Relations Manager with Winspear Diamonds Inc., a successful exploration company that discovered the economic diamond deposit at Snap Lake in the Northwest Territories. Following the purchase of Winspear by De Beers in 2001 for $350 million, she continued her communications role with their exploration arm, Diamondex Resources Ltd.
Ms. Taylor continued her public company experience with Nevada Pacific Gold where she coordinated and implemented an extensive Corporate Communications and Investor Relations program for the Company.
Ms. Taylor's communications experience has been exclusively related to the mining industry and she brings a comprehensive understanding of the sector, as well as the financial and investment communities, to the Company. |

| Claudia Ferris Sr. Administrator, Legal & Compliance | | | Ms. Ferris has over 15 years in the legal field and brings to Quadra extensive experience in corporate governance, securities and regulatory compliance matters, acquired in a similar role at Placer Dome Inc.
Prior to joining Quadra Ms. Ferris spent three years in the parking industry where she diversified her skills in the position of Contract Manager and leading a project team in the successful implementation of an enterprise contract management system. |
